Mr. Bijjalla being a Postgraduate in Microbiology, began Converge Biotech with Critical Care Infusions, targeting Microbial Infections was just normal before he plunged to other verticals.

He aspired to build an organisation that patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners can invest their trust in. So, he developed a focused approach to targeted therapies, thereby expanding his product portfolio to incorporate Metabolics, Oncology, and Specialty.

Today, it is his conviction and commitment to offer authentic therapeutic solutions that are catapulting Converge Biotech into a frontline player in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

In the year of 2017, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Partha Roychowdhury joined Converge Biotech with a long 3-decade experience in the important realms of Business Development, Marketing and Sales. With fine business acumen, he has brushed shoulders with eminent firms like Serdia Pharmaceuticals, Panacea Biotech, Zydus Cadila and Biocon. Partha Roy Chowdhury is an alumnus of ISB ( Indian School Of Business, Hyderabad). He stands as a stalwart leader for the company’s overall growth and expansion, and relentlessly paves innovative avenues for a profound presence across India and overseas

Over his industry experience of over 25+ years, he has successfully launched concept-based specialty products in India. Also, he had worked with MNCs: Pharmacia, The Upjohn Co USA, Pfizer, and Indian giants like Emcure, Biocon, and RPG Life Sciences.

He aims to accelerate Converge Specialty and its offerings to reach across the country and benefit millions in need of treatment and healthcare, especially in patients suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, where the rate of comorbidity is very high.

Mr. Suresh Kumar Proddaturi

Mr. Proddaturi emphasises excellence at every level, from manufacturing to distribution. He insists on storage specifications across the supply chain to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the products. And to achieve that he never hesitates to adopt the finest systems and processes.

With more than two and a half decades of field experience in Supply Chain Management of Pharma giants, he aces areas of Distribution, Inventory Control, CFA Management, Logistics, and Contract Manufacturing.

He is a strong believer in teamwork and always pushes his team to outdo their own benchmarks!
